We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with top-notch cleanliness, great facilities including a spa and pool, free parking, and easy access to transportation. The location of this hotel is perfect, nestled close to a forest and a beautiful lake. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the excellent service provided by the friendly staff.
Can't fault anything about it.

The area where the hotel is located is really beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the walkings through the woods, it was a romantic experience. , the spa was really relaxing, it was perfect to disconnect a little bit from the world. The hot tub was our favorite part, especially at night when it was dark and quiet, it was really magical.
The food wasn't good. We thought it was going to be excellent because of the location of the hotel, but it was a huge disappointment.

Freindly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent pool and good spa facilities. Very good food in both the restaurant and bar.
Minor issues - for a 4 star hotel a room safe would have been nice. Well equipped spa, but cramped when busy.

We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with a great walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The location was beautiful, surrounded by forests and a small lake, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices available.
Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice hotel; but no safe or minibar in rooms (even in extra confort)

The price/quality ratio is perfect, particularly since the use of the Vitalis Wellness infrastucture is included. Before booking we read some negative comments about room size, lack of minibar and bathrobes. If those are important to you, just book a Comfort Plus room and you get a spacious room with mini bar and free bath robes at still a reasonable price.
Nothing negative during our stay. The village of Weiskirchen is very dull but that's not the hotel's fault.

Nestled in an idyllic landscape, this hotel boasts an exquisite "gourmet" restaurant that serves mouth-watering dishes made from locally-sourced ingredients. The rooms are spacious and come with several amenities, such as a clean bathroom and excellent room service. The delightful breakfast spread includes freshly-baked pastries and a range of hot and cold dishes.
We found that the pool and spa areas were not relaxing as they were crowded with young children.

Very comfortable room with great walk-in shower. Staff spoke good English and were very helpful. Complimentary water and bottles for the journey. Exceptionally good breakfast with a wide choice. Fantastic location next to a nice lake and forest.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had a lovely weekend away and enjoyed the comfortable room with a great shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast had an exceptional choice of food. We also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and the walking distance to a beautiful lake.
The spa facilities were nothing special and the changing rooms were limited. We also found the restaurant choices to be quite limited and the quality of food to be hit or miss.
